Samantha began her career in real estate in 2006 and has been with Brett Furman Group since early 2017. Thriving in her assistant role, she was promoted based on her achievements and proven capability. Managing sales, tracking statistics, maintaining documents, coordinating appointments, answering questions, and supporting our clients in many other ways, Samantha also maintains our website, marketing, and branding, writes press releases, blogs, and original copy for all listings and direct mail, facilitates weekly staff meetings, and publishes our listings on social media. Her decade-plus of experience with the processes, documents, software, and technology of our field make her indispensable. Always helpful, Samantha applies her degree in education by sharing her knowledge with clients and colleagues alike, as well as continually learning everything she can about our industry. Having completed her real estate licensing classes, Samantha is studying to take the PA State Exam.

Along with being detail oriented and having excellent communication skills, Tracie provides new ideas and insight to organize and implement systems within the office. She goes above and beyond bringing the very best to our team and clients as an important link in our chain staying connected and in touch, making sure our clients’ needs are met and questions answered. When not helping Brett Furman Group, Tracie enjoys spending time with her husband, two sons, and their two dogs. Hiking through Valley Forge Park and other beautiful national parks is one of her and her family’s favorite past times.
