Karen has been working in the field of real estate since 2009. Her background in creative and expository writing, editing, and the arts comes into play daily in Brett’s office, with writing copy for property listings and marketing materials, multi-media design, writing press releases, working with photography, and developing Brett’s website. She also initiates new marketing, manages the Brett Furman Group, communicates with clients and vendors, and much more. When not at work, she enjoys film, literature, photography, cooking, good wine, songwriting, playing guitar, being out in nature, and spending time with family and friends.

Samantha started her career in real estate in 2006 and joined Brett Furman Group at the beginning of 2017. Her decade-plus of work with the processes, documents, software, and technology of our field made her immediately indispensable to our group and clients. Always helpful, Samantha applies her degree in education by sharing her knowledge with clients and colleagues alike, as well as constantly continuing to learn everything she can about our industry. Samantha manages sales, tracks statistics, manages documents, coordinates appointments, answers client questions, and supports our clients, agents, and marketing department in many other ways. When Samantha is not at work or taking real estate licensing classes, she can be found spending time with family, enjoying gatherings with friends, crafting, traveling, or walking her beloved Welsh Corgi, Bessie.

Danene’s twenty-two years mastering customer service combine with her warm personality and kindly nature to bring the very best to our clients. An important link in our chain of communication, Danene connects with clients and keeps in touch, making sure their needs are met and their questions are answered. When not helping Brett Furman Group and our clients, Danene hones her client-relation skills in other endeavors, and enjoys a variety of interests, like travel, Civil War history, country music, singing, and painting. Danene spends as much time as she can in the company of her close-knit family and her two small dogs.

Lori is a settlement professional with 30+ years of experience in the title insurance industry, working primarily in the Chester County and Delaware County Areas. Lori excels in high maintenance transactions, including commercial properties, luxury homes, REO’s, relocations, sheriff sales and foreclosure properties. Lori also has extensive experience in acquisitions and subdivisions of new construction, having worked for nearly 10 years with a large local builder. Lori continues to enjoy working as a settlement officer. Her focus is on customer service and satisfaction. When not at the settlement table, Lori can be found spending quality time with her husband and three young sons.

Ryan is a loan officer and the owner of Home Source Mortgage, in business since 1999. His company’s modest size allows him the opportunity to work personally with customers and tailor loans to their specific needs. Working with Ryan means direct access to his experience—more than a decade’s worth. He’s armed with all of the necessary education, information, and tools to navigate the complex loan process, the surest way to help customers successfully achieve their goals. He’s dedicated to treating all of his customers with honesty, integrity, and respect while providing intelligent, individualized solutions to help them meet their financial goals. Ryan is fluent Spanish, providing an extra level of support and comfort to Spanish-speaking clients and translating whenever necessary.

Bob started Total Office Business Solutions, his computer technology company, in March 2007, and has been working in the field of IT since 1998. Bob is, quite simply, a guru when it comes to all things hardware, software, database, and internet. He works collaboratively when necessary with Jason Thelman to keep our internet-based telephone system up to speed. When not at work, Bob remains at work. Always available to his client base twenty-four hours a day!
Jason is RE/MAX Classic’s go-to guy for all things communication. Brett relies on him to keep our telephone network upgraded and running smoothly. Jason works remotely and onsite when needed and provides excellent technical support at all times.
