Real Estate Broker Continues to Exceed Clients Expectations

(WAYNE, Pa. – April 22, 2019) – PRLog — In real estate, it’s all about giving and getting your clients what they want. For Brett Furman, his homeowners receive just that, and you could be next! As a real estate broker, his commitment to clientele led to the creation of a one stop solution for home improvements attributed to a recent home sale.

John Wilwol, formerly of Newtown Square utilized Brett Furman Group’s Home Concierge Service and is proof that it really works. “We used several of Brett’s vendors to get our house ready for the market. It went “live” in the MLS on a Thursday, with 22 showings scheduled for that weekend, and we had a signed contract that Saturday,” Mr. Wilwol said of Realtor Furman, who sold their home in three days for full asking price. “We got what we wanted!” The rest of the market in the township had 68 days marketing time and sold at 95% of list price.

To date, Furman has an average sale to list price ratio of 98% with only 41 days on market. He explains “My goal is to help each and every one of our clients net the most money for their home in the shortest period possible.” Wilwol stated “Brett determined the timing, marketing, and pricing.
